Well I was suprised when I looked back to see how many weddings I had done in this beautiful ballroom this year. it is so unique because it has low ceilings with 5 beautiful chandeliers that give a feeling of intimacy yet special-grand, and french doors opening onto a balcony that gives fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean and all that is going on down/out there. I have done a couple of blogs already on some individual weddings we did in the Pavilion Ballroom in 2011, but here are some pics from a few more that we did, it isn’t all that we did, but gives a good feel for the different visions created:
Thanks to our pal Tony www.tonyflorez.com for the photos above.
I included a couple of cere pics from the wedding below as it is really hard to beat that backdrop anywhere, and it looks different at every wedding. I can’t get enough of it. Love it. Thanks to Jon Barber of Barber Photography for the cere & ballroom pics below. Always nice to see and work with Jon. Very seasoned/professional/great end result pics, and has been known in the OC/LA wedding world for many years. The groom’s parents and the couple and I pulled this vision together. They were actually recommended to me by one of the banquet staff, it was his nephew getting married, as they get to see all the co-ordinators coming through, the regulars and the one timers, I considered that quite a compliment.
Thanks to Becker for the pics below ( http://blog.thebecker.com ), not only was the headtable a royal dining table but we did another one on each side of the dancefloor and the other ‘side’ of tables was a mix of rounds/squares, really gave a different look/feel to the room.
We have been on the preferred vendor list for 11 years (others have come and gone off the list), and know and work with the sales/service team during the planning process very well, and always look forward to being with the banquet team on the wedding day, they are true professionals and exceptional at what they do.
Let us help you create your dream wedding at the Ritz-Carlton, Dana Point, it will be our pleasure!!
Till next time

We are so thankful and appreciative to have had you there on our special day. Words can not express our gratitude. From the very first moment we met you until the last moments of our wedding, you handled yourself with professionalism and respect. You made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.

You are a great woman and a wedding co-ordinator ‘extraordinaire’. We are blessed and honored to have you as our co-ordinator.
Thank you for your great ability to oversee things and in such a fun and relaxing way. I know that the day went so smoothly because of all the time you spent on all the hidden details.
