I had the pleasure of visiting South Coast in Temecula two times this year. Both times the food, beverage, and experience of the area and resort were just lovely. The spa at the resort is very nice, and after you can just slide out to the pool area and drink champagne for the rest of the day.
I woke up one morning to hear a noise outside and thought it was a truck, only to pull open the drapes and see a hot air balloon going up just beyond the grapevines outside my patio, that was very cool.
The ceremony site that looks out over the valley is really nice, very Tuscan/winery area backdrop, and they provide shuttles to get everyone there and back to the main ballroom/dining areas. They have so many different outside areas and inside rooms, you can create whatever kind of event you want, a continually moving one to another environment, or keep it in the theme of being at a winery for the dinner/dancing. The staff is top notch (I should know I trained one of the leaders there many years ago and I am quite proud of where she is now, it’s all about the details folks, and she remembers and lives by that, as do I), and the best part of all, it’s a great close by area that can become a destination wedding/weekend experience for all or most or some of the guests, rather than a 5 hour and it’s over celebration. If guests don’t want to stay at that resort in one of the fab villas (the bathrooms are loverrrrly) they all have sitting & sleeping areas, there are lots of options close by, in all different price levels and styles. But if everyone is local to S CA, no air involved, yet a great destination wedding can be had and enjoyed by all or those that need/want to go home at the end of the night, can.

Thank you for making my wedding perfect. Everything went really well and I was able to really enjoy it. My guests are still complimenting me on how nice everything was. Everyone kept commenting on how calm I was and that is because I had you to take care of everything.
